My hedgehog cage! - 2007/07/12 20:32 So here is the cage that I built for digit. I used to put her in a cage that was made out of 2 90qt sterilite bins connected with a pvc pipe. I think that this gives her a lot more room to run around and play! In the middle is an enclosed area where I keep all her things.

Hey I like shavings! Not having a washer or dryer makes liners difficult if not impossible.... as cute as they may be!

Re:My hedgehog cage! - 2007/07/25 00:10 yeah, I still need to get him a hidey tube since ferretstore cancelled my purchase and refunded my money for a ferret tube after I waited too long....I would have gladly waited as long as possible since I would at least have one by now. I'm too lazy to go to a hardware store for one, lol. Jessica

I got both of the containers that are under digits wheel from walmart. The clear looking one is a container that you can put eggs in and the blue one is a marinating container. I cut the back off of the marinating container and then hot glued it to the egg container. In the egg container is carefresh and in the blue container there is a viva paper towel.

Digit has no problem getting into her wheel. I have had this container since she was a baby (7 weeks old) and even then she could get into it just fine.
