Tis a Sary Post! - 2004/11/29 06:50 Oh man, You guys need some help starting up here

So, i'm here to help! I like hedgehog forums, they're fun, and I can get alllll of my little friends to join and start being annoying and posting all the time and stuff!

So this is supposed to be about Daily Life with hedgehogs, right? Well. Let's see. Today I read One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest for school with Naia in my lap the whole time, being all splatty and snoozy and stuff. She didnt poo or pee on me or anything, i'm quite proud.

I've also been cutting liners. Actually, it's quite evil, because I went to get fabric and they didnt have any corduroy so I ended up finding some sort of thick textured fabric much LIKE it and they only had two yards and I needed four and ... O.o long story short, I will now have 6 liners (Two sets of three, actually) And I was cutting them today... I shall make my mother-darling sew them because I am an evil daughter that can't sew to save her life!

...and now Kiha is on my lap being huffy, but that's alright because hey - it's what hedgies do.

Re:Tis a Sary Post! - 2004/12/01 22:28 Probably. Liners = Cage Liners. Vellux or fleece or whatever one happens to want to use.

http://www.pinsneedles.com/ That'll show you an example of liners that she makes. I've personally never bought anything from her (I'd rather save a bit of money and make it myself, hence the wheel making) But I've heard her products are fabulous and long lasting/etc.

I have to agree with The Sary on making stuff myself and saving money. I need to since I have so many hogs.

I am pretty lucky so far with the pogs sitting on the lap and not pooping. Of course the pogs do poop like fiends in the pouchs I use to take them out and about with me.
