Play Pools - 2005/07/11 23:37 I'm just curious as to what everyone uses for their hedgies play areas. I use a kiddy play pool that I got from the local hardware store. It is a plastic one, nice high sides, so they cannot get out. My only problem is the bottom has bumps so the kids cant fall when there is water in it, but do you think it will harm my hedgies?? Also, with the tp rolls. Lexie gets stuck in them, and when i slit the sides, she still gets stuck. What else should I try?

Thanks everyone.

Jessica

Re:Play Pools - 2005/07/12 02:20 Jessica,
I use the same type pool with lots of shavings and the hedgies do fine. Have you tried making an extra large tp tube out of craft foam?

Re:Play Pools - 2005/07/13 06:33 you are most welcome. I was told about it by another breeder and I have used them for my herd.
