first annointing! - 2007/08/16 14:45
Quentin gave me an early birthday present yesterday by annointing for the first time! To what I have no idea since I've been packing for school my hand could smell like just about any of my belongings, but apparently it smelled tasty. He started licking my hand all cutely and then that turned into the occasional chomp as apparently it tasted good. He chomped a little hole in my palm, but it didn't bleed too much. I knew it wasn't a vicious bite, but I don't care because I got to see him annoint for the very first time!
Anyways, all the foamy spit on his back resulted in a good scrub down in the sink since he's overdue for a bath anyways and its best to give him one before I head off for school. I blew dry him on low afterward and I couldn't tell if he liked it or was afraid of it, but he held real still and stood in a funny stance possibly to let me warm his undersides?
Anyways, it apparently resulted in a "fluffy" hedgehog. I'll leave you to judge.
