Re:your opinions? - 2007/10/17 18:54 Innova EVO Cat & Kitten contains 50% PROTEIN, 22% FAT

Innova reduced fat has
Crude Protein (min) 32
Moisture (max) 10
Crude Fat (min) 9

CSFCLS
Crude Protein (Min) 30
Crude Fat (Min) 20

CSFCLS LIGHT
Crude Protein (Min) 9.5
Crude Fat (Min) 3

CSFCLS HAIRBALL
Crude Protein (Min) 30
Crude Fat (Min) 13

The Innova Evo kitten is really high in Fat. I use the Innova light in my mix and the hogs love it...much lower in Fat. CSFCLS adult is again real high in fat but the other 2 offered (Light or Hairball) are much more reasonable in their fat content. I use CSFCLS Light in my mix.

My mix currently contains
Special Kitty Light
CSFCLS light
Innova Reduced Fat
Purina Kitten Chow
Light 37 Royal Canin

Its a pretty popular mix with my herd (the most successful I have found so far in that everyone eats it..that in itself is a miracle..hahahah).

Re:your opinions? - 2007/10/18 08:31 All my babies are raised on the same mix I feed my adults. They do just fine on that. Stasi

Re:your opinions? - 2007/10/18 12:53 My babies, for weeks 4-6, eat the same food as the adult hedgehogs (the mix I mentionned earlier) crushed up with ferretvite and some puppy formula mixed in. By the time they leave at 7-8 wks they are eating the same food (not crushed or supplemented) as the adults. Julie Pierce
