I use the chewguard sleeves that you can get at pet stores, they are basically a metal bottle holder with a long strap on the top that you can bend to the size of whatever you need. You can also attach it by drilling a small hole on each side of where the bottle should be, a larger hole for the spout of the bottle, hang the bottle on the outside with the spout going through the larger hole, and wrap elastic, pipe cleaners, or zip ties through the smaller holes large enough to go around the bottle itself.
