Is this bedding ok? - 2008/03/27 13:27 It's for small animals and has cotton and dry grass. It's called something like Night E Night I think. ~Mommie to~

Re:Is this bedding ok? - 2008/03/27 14:15 i can't say i've ever heard of it either. the only thing i can think of that is remotely close to that is "Sweet Dreams". it's just cotton batting (like the kind used for stuffed animals) and is typically sold for hamsters. maybe you could post a link or picture? Re:Is this bedding ok? - 2008/03/27 14:52 Yeah that's it 'Sweet Dreams'! lol I tried looking it up online but only found the 'Night E Night' stuff... The people that had Pierre gave it to me with him, He doesn't use it so I was thinking Claudette might. ~Mommie to~

Re:Is this bedding ok? - 2008/03/28 17:51 oh okay. then i know exactly what you are talking about! lol. experience working in a pet store does kinda come in handy! anyway, i'm not sure if it's okay to use with hedgehogs. the only harm i can see in it is if she accidently ingests the fibers. i know my friend (who used to breed hamsters) would always advise against using it. she said she had problems with the hamsters swallowing the fibers. but maybe someone who actually has used it will be more helpful? Re:Is this bedding ok? - 2008/04/04 02:45 Just started useing it with my finches. They don't seem to think much of it yet. I decided not to use it with the hedgie cause it looked like a substance that would be a headache to pull of little quills.
