Slippery Wheel - 2007/05/21 09:26 We have one of the plastic wheels, and it seems to be a bit slippery. He runs in the wheel, but once he gets going, his backend starts to slip out to the side.

Is there anything to do to improve his traction on the wheel? I was thinking of taking a light sandpaper to it to rough it up just a little, but I don't want to do anything that would make it too rough on his feet.

Anyone know the cure for the slippery wheel?

thanks

Re:Slippery Wheel - 2007/05/21 13:59 you can use those rubber anti-slip things that you can stick in the tub or shower.

Re:Slippery Wheel - 2007/05/21 14:01 thanks for the tips. I'll check into those, see which looks like it will be easier to clean up.

Re:Slippery Wheel - 2007/08/16 07:19 I have a slippery whisper wheel as well. I happened on a hog and he doesn't have a name yet, but I can see he is going to be really spoiled.
