sandpaper? - 2007/04/18 17:03 This started out as a joke between me and my roommate about having Quentin ball up and then gently rolling him on some sandpaper since he's always giving us a good poke every now and then.

Would it be ethical to really do this though? (even if it is, I doubt I would) I figure it wouldn't work out too well since the quills are hallow and would accumulate germs and dirt if they are "blunted" too much. Lol, I'm gonna get hell for asking this.

Re:sandpaper? - 2007/04/18 18:04 Years ago I remember joking around about how to 'dull' the quills...However, it was definitely JUST joking, and I have never heard of anyone attempting it - can you imagine if someone grabbed you and started altering parts of your body? eep!
So no, not an ethical thing to try....as tempting as less sharp quills might be.

Re:sandpaper? - 2007/04/18 18:20 Lol, yeah I'm never going to seriously try it. As for someone grabbing me and altering my body parts, I don't mind that. lol I'm a tattoo/piercing kinda girl.

Edit: I've seen piercings and tattoos on dogs though, I think that is just plain cruelty right there. However, dying or trimming hair is sorta like the quills, though quills are really in their own category so I won't mess with them. Always thought of dying my dogs hair so he won't look quite so gray and tan and more black and orange like his breed should be lol.

LOL! Oh Kelly...it finally comes out...you do want to see me nekkie. I just knew it.

On an altering note I should go in soon to finish my half sleeve and then I shall design and get my chest piece tattoo'd. Hooray for body modification.
