mealworms - 2007/08/22 17:03 i just got my new buddy blizzard on saturday and i have a question about mealworms. do they need to eat them or is it just like a treat for them? i just want him to be happy

Well whether it's a treat or a staplet, he needs to eat it

Ok, seriously though, I recommend them as a treat only. Some people have different opinions on that though. Emily

Re:mealworms - 2007/08/22 18:41 Some of mine will refuse to eat them, so no they don't need them. But the ones who like mealworms really like them a lot and it makes them very happy

Re:mealworms - 2007/08/22 18:49 They do not need to have them, although it is recommended. If you are not going to feed bugs, I recommend feeding one of the mixes made by one of the breeders here, so you get well rounded nutrition.
