what toys can i get Penelope? - 2007/09/04 08:43 hi everyone!

i'm really a hedgie newbie. i just got Penelope last friday, and she doesn't even have a wheel yet! i'm making one for her according to the instructions on a website. anyway i'd like to ask, what toys do your hedgehogs like to play with? i've tried giving penelope a tube, but all she did was put her head in it and sit still. i put those plastic easter eggs in, but i think the ones i got her are a little too big for her still. maybe next time when she's bigger?

Re:what toys can i get Penelope? - 2007/09/04 10:12 Toilet Paper tubes are a cheap and fun toy for them. Blizzard likes to stick his head into it and run around the cage. its very funny watching him! make sure u slit one side of the tube so his head doesnt get stuck. Cat toys with little bells and even little hot wheels cars keep my hedgie happy so i hope that helps ur Penelope Sammy n Blizzard

Re:what toys can i get Penelope? - 2007/09/16 19:24 Ours like toilet paper tubes, paper towel tubes, cat balls with jingle bells in them, little plastic toy trucks and of course their wheels. If you get stuck making your wheel and need help, don't hesitate to call or email us. We make them here on a regular basis and might be able to help you if you have a question or two.
