Royal Canin is a top shelf food and pretty rich. I used to have it in my food, but I cut it out when my hedgehogs were getting porky. Purina One kitten is great and usually in my mix, I would consider it a medium high food. My advice would be to keep those and add some Purina cat or Purina kitten. They seem to benefit from the fillers in the food.
Crickets are not like cannolis. Hedgehogs are insectivores. Their bodies were designed to eat insects. Crickets have a lot of fiber in them; the whole outer carcass is nothing but fiber and everyone needs fiber. Yes, they do have some fat in them, but it is not that much. 2 crickets every few nights is fine. Everything in moderation.
