Sound ok to you? - 2007/10/24 15:47 Hi everyone! Here is my uncomplicated, pretty easy to find, not too expensive hedgie mix so far.

Chicken Soup Cat Light
Special Kitty Cat
Blue Spa Chicken and Brown Rice- Indoor

I was wondering what you think about the Purina Cat Chow Naturals. I'm think about adding that to it also. She seems to eat the above 3 just fine. Also....what is the normal amount to feed...Emma eats about 2 1/2 tablespoons a day.

CRUDE PROTEIN 38%
CRUDE FAT 13%
CRUDE FIBER 6%
MOISTURE 12%
I love my baby Emma!

I never used it here but it looks ok. If anybody else has tried it, let us know.

2 1/2 tablespoons a day is fine for some, but it depends on their activity level. If she is not obese, then feed her as much as she wants. If she starts porking up and can't roll up, then it would be time to cut back a bit.

Re:Sound ok to you? - 2007/10/26 13:41 I really like the Purina line. I've never tried the naturals, but I use a few other types of Purina.

Re:Sound ok to you? - 2007/10/26 14:34 I've used the Naturals, the hedgies like it pretty well. - It's not always in my mix, but I do add it once in awhile. Stasi
