I'd have to agree, it's not a good food. And if you look at the label, it really *isn't* that good. It just gets touted around as being great because the Science Diet company gives free food to vet schools and establishments, and so vets usually recommend it. Lay people don't see how it could be bad because it says "Vet approved" on the package, much like Iams which we all know should be avoided like the plague. The only exception is the prescription food that Science Diet makes, but that requires a prescription and is for special needs.
