Tube play - 2008/05/13 15:22 I'm a new hedgie owner, and I stumbled on the site.
Read a lot which really helps me out with her, thanks a lot

My hedgehog seems to enjoy running around with the toilet paper tube on her head, but it seems like it gets stuck on her, and she can't get it off.
I found her on the floor of our office one night with it stuck on her head. (who knows how she made it to the office, lol)
I'm just wondering what can be done so she can play with it, but not have to worry that it's getting stuck on her head so she can't eat/drink/see. "She lept into the air, latched onto my finger, and started to wrestle me into the sink"

Re:Tube play - 2008/05/13 15:34 Cut down the length of it. The cardboard is stiff enough so it still keeps a tube shape but your hedgehog won't get stuck. And welcome to the forum
