Re:the wooden hide box - 2008/05/15 08:17 Make sure you finish that wood with something. Raw wood just absorbs pee and poop and then gets really stinky and impossible to clean. Other than that, good craftmanship

post edited : But these kind of wooden box have one health problem which I call "Ra". it's the kind of bacteria that is really bad for human and hedgehogs too. So that wooden box is great but need the sunlight to kill "Ra". i changed the plan and remove the floor of the hide box.. so poop and pee will go directly to th bin and wont stain the wood that much..
