For hedgehogs, the mealworms are definitely a treat, therefore don't really need the gutloading that your herps need. That being said, I do not see anything in the list of things you are gutloading your mealworms with that will harm a hedgehog. 
I tend to start feeding mealworms to mine at about 8 weeks. The big part to remember is that a hedgehogs' stomach is very small, and mealworms should be given in moderation.
