One week old babies can still be vulnerable if mom gets very spooked or upset. Keep the status quo, stay out of the nest, dont do anything to upset her. Also another tip, dont vaccuum in the room that the cage is in. The noise can really scare and upset the mom which can end up in a destroyed litter. I keep a carpet sweeper handy in my hedgie room.
