Has anyone ever used cricket water (it's a gel used for feeding crickets so you don't have to keep a bowl of water in their cage since they will drown in it) for hedgies when traveling? I saw it posted on a website for hedgies (www.exclusivelyhedgehogs.com) as a recommendation for use when traveling or shipping hedgies. I am not shipping, but am going to be taking the hedgies to shows and would love the convenience.
