    Another thing you could do (really good if they go while outside they\'re cage and you put the litter pan nearby) is when you notice them doing their bussiness, move them onto the litter pan.

    i had a litter pan for Kookie i think it was supposed to be a food dish for ferrets or rats or something... i had it in the corner of his cage with carefresh and put a piece of his poop in it and he caught on right away... but then the carefresh started getting all over the cage and making a mess so i went back to just using bedding in all of his cage

    Hey I tuned in! I just got my baby last weekend and bought the mini litter box and pellets, she just rolls around in it?

    Three of my hedgies came to me already litter trained, one of them being the mama of my first litter. I guess she taught her babies to use the box, because all of their owners reported that their hedgies were trained. I've never had any luck teaching boys to use the box, though, unless their mommies taught them. :/
    Here's a question: Would the pheromones you can spray on puppy pads be safe/work for hedgehogs?
