I was reading on some site and it said that people roll the hedgehog in clay, bake it, then remove the clay which also removes the quills.  :pinch:

I couldn\'t read the rest of it...

Speaking of this... My Mom and Dad just got back from New York City. They went to the Natural History Museum where they saw an African Hedgehog. It was the skeleton with part of the hid on it so you could see what it looked like alive. Or course my well meaning mom took a picture of it but I dunno if I want to see it, lol.

i can,we studied ancit history last year they(the aztec) had sacrafical(where they sacrificed stuff)serimonys to bring rain and that kind of stuff, but they would take prisoners to the top of the pyramid(not egyption but aztec)and crack open their ribcage and pull out their heart while it was still beating, then ate it.Then over here they were welcomeing strangers they thought were gods and thats how they fell, they trusted strangers.Never trust strangers. We watche some vidos about it we were sad when he said we couldnt watch them get their hearts torn out :X if you dare learn more go to http://www.latinamericanstudies.org/aztecs6.htmb

Jednine, I have a friend from Korea who tells me that they don\'t just use dogs from the street, but there is a certain breed that is bred specifically for the meat. Sort of like there are types of cattle. :X I don\'t like the idea at all, but different strokes for different folks I guess.

I\'m not sure if anyone here watches Graham Norton. I love him, he is on the BBC. Anyway, he had Gerard Depardieu on one night. Gerard was going on and on about his fondness for roasted hedgehog. He went into detail about how he did it..and it wasn\'t pretty.

I love Graham Norton! Still, I\'m glad I missed that episode. :X Although I am interested in what Graham\'s reaction was to all this.

It was the classic stare with big eyes look. You know, the one that ends with \"well, oooook.\"
Graham Norton is hilarious..I love his mannerisms.
