My Momma is from Germany and goes back every so often to visit my Oma. My Momma will be getting a hedgie soonish from me and has loved them for years if that counts. lol

It\'s a long shot, but are there any hedgehog owners in Germany on here?? I moved over here to Frankfurt from London six months ago and then decided to get my two lovely hedgie boys - Baxter and Campbell. They\'re wonderful, interesting creatures... And this forum is a godsend! I gave Campbell his first foot bathe today... He didn\'t seem too sure about it but loved the towel afterwards!!
If any of you are from Deutschland let me know! And even if not, feel free to say hello :-)

...ja Ich wohne in Deutschland...aber ich bin Canadian. So that means I can read and speak german ---okay ' es gehts' so zu sagen. but writing german is a horrible torture for me. So now you know you are not alone. I love the wild hedgehogs that are around here since we do not have the wild ones in Canada and I always thought the pygmy ones were cute. I have had a hedgie for two years. I recieved her from a friends son who was moving back to the US.Unfortunately I had to put my pricklebutt asleep this morning - as she had a tumour under her eye and she was suffering - but I have gotten throught the worst of it now and am well dealing with it. Her cage looks for empty right now but I dont want to take it apart right now. But when I am back from holidays in May I will start looking for a new one. I love this forum. Actually I am not as new here as my current profile shows....I just forgot my password etc etc and well now I am back....even though hedgie less for the moment. But you are right this forum is s godsend.
so anyways that is my long story now......how are you liking Germany????

ich komme zwar aus Österreich aber bin in Deutschland geboren und aufgewachsen. Komme auch öfters in meine Heimat um meine Eltern nahe Hamburg zu besuchen.
Schön jemanden aus dem selben Sprachbereich zu treffen.
