    Treats.?

I've given Alaina just about everything I can think of treat wise! She likes turkey and chicken, but not carrots or celery or most of the vegetables. She goes crazy for apples and hates egg! I was wondering if anyone had some ideas on other stuff for her to try. Thanks!

I was worried about that too, but the dried ones aren't nearly as gross

In the reptile section of the pet store. They are freeze dried. You can get meal worms and crickets this way. My Hurley loves them (but will often only take them when he is safely in his pouch, silly hedgie). Hurley is very picky about treats and we haven't found anything he really likes except for the meal worms and crickets. Oh, and don't worry about being squeamish with the freeze dried ones. At first, I made my boyfriend be the one to feed them to Hurley because I thought they were gross, but I have definitely gotten used to them and feed them to him all the time.

If you are squeamish, I recommend you avoid the Can O' products. As in, can o crickets, can o pillars, etc. They are canned in some form of liquid, and are FOUL smelling!

Try organic sweet potato baby food! My little one loves it, in moderation of course! Definitely helping with the bonding.
