Hi Liana-try putting a little bit of bag balm or vaseline on her ears. It is pretty common that their ears look like that and it is usually just dry skin. If you do this a few times then it should make her ears much nicer looking.
Hi,
I just adopted a hedgehog, and she has finger-like growths on her ears. From what I read, it looks like this is a fungus, and we plan to take her to the vet to get it checked out. After she is treated, will the ears round out again? Or are the finger-like growths what is left from what the fungus ate? Are her ears going to permanently look this way?
Thank you.
Liana

When Harvey has his foot bath, I put a little oliveoil in the water then use a cup to pour it down his back. I try to take a bit of the oil on my fingers and massage his ears. The bath is the only time he'll let me touch his ears.

Like Ann said - bag balm or vaseline seems to work wonders with the tattered looking ears![]()
