    Lightbulb Constant Temperature

    Hi,

Me and boyfriend have just got a baby hoglet called Sushi

We are housing him at the moment in a big plastic tub near to a heater in the livingroom.

We have a digital thermometer to measure the heat within the tub at all time - The temperature varies between about 67-74 degrees, but has on occassion dropped below this and also reached temps of 84 degrees.

I was wondering....even though the minimum teeperature it should be at is 70...is there a max? Our heater is adjustible and I wouls rather it be a little too warm then too cold?

Is it okay to higher the temperature?

67 is way too cold. 72* would be the minimum you should shoot for, and 85* is the max. A hedgehog will become sick above or below those ranges.
